General
Two offices: one in the town centre, open all year round (Piazzetta San Francesco 8), the other at Socrepes, open in winter only.
In high season, at least 14 days in advance.
At the office (cash or card) or online via a dedicated link.
Yes. Private lessons: confirmed once payment is received. Courses: 50% deposit at booking, balance on the first day.
By car, ski bus, taxi or ski lifts if your level allows.
Subject to availability: Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian and German.
At least 48 hours before the start of the lesson.
No. The lesson will not be refunded, unless a medical certificate from the local emergency medical service is provided.
Yes, always — unless the ski lifts close. Only in that case will a rescheduling or refund by voucher be arranged.
Yes, with a medical certificate from the Cortina d’Ampezzo emergency medical service.
Private Lessons

Red uniform. The Director and Deputy Director are in front of the office; the secretary is always available inside.

We advise against it: children and adults have different learning methods and paces, even at the same level.
Group Lessons
Yes, but in high season (Christmas, Carnival) we recommend the ski bus or a taxi.
The instructor contacts the parents the day before between 5:00pm and 7:00pm with all the details.
From 4 years of age. For younger children we recommend private lessons.
The first day is always a Monday. From the third day onwards, no new enrolments are accepted. Special conditions apply at Christmas.
Minimum 4, usually up to 8 — depending on the type.
Yes, but without interacting with the child or the instructor.
Yes, only if they are at the same level.
At selected local mountain huts with dedicated menus. Allergies must be communicated at the time of booking.
Yes: 10% off for the second child, 20% from the third onwards.

At the central ski pass office, at the departure points of the main lifts.
Yes, to use the ski lift.
Equipment
No. Participants in courses are entitled to a 10% discount at Snow Service Cortina.
